and what a merry xmas it was!

soo.. the morning started with a playdate at ishaan's best friend in school - Nalin. the boys had a ball!! its hard to explain.. i didnt see ishaan for over an hour! i loved the easy camraderie, and the comfortable friendship that these 2 seem to share.. here's to many, many more such days!!

Nalin's parents and mater exchanged notes on what works for each child, realised these two are essentially alike, and mater loved their house :-).
its not easy to find ppl u meet for the first time and instantly get along with.. and sometimes, children bring us to our friends too.
Nalin's parents were nice enough to tell us abt the xmas carnival at gurgaon, and pronto, there we went. After having fun and giggling away for an hour or so, we came home for lunch, and then, it was off to dilli haat with Adit - Ishaan's best friend in the colony.

if there are no pics from xmas carnival, its bcs we were too busy having fun, and if there are no clear pics from dilli haat, its bcs the 2 boys REFUSED to get photographed properly... so , in revenge, mater posts pics as they were taken...

And, here's another pic.. next day, the boy had another play date with 2 of his classmates - this time, it was at the mind cafe, and while the maters bonded over sinful food, the children needed no overseeing at all. they ran all over the place, ran it down and up again.. played tumbling monkeys, and the hours just.. flew!! this post is incomplete without a pic from that awesome afternoon..
